The cloud forest hotel that we are staying at is completely different than the last hotel.
It reminds me of a lake Tahoe cabin with all of the wood work.
Everything is wide open with no screens on anything.
The climate is also a lot cooler.
After we got checked into the hotel, we walked about 20 to 30 minutes into the local town to scout out food and a market to buy drinks and snacks.
The walk was very hilly, and we decided that we would take a cab back since it was pretty much all up hill back.
Tico y Rico was a place we found to eat that was really good. Gina had a plate of pasta and bolognese sauce. I had sorta chicken fajitas with rice. The food was great and it was about $20 with tip vs the $45 the hotel wanted to charge us for a meal.
We then found a local market and stocked up on goodies.
Luckily the taxi waiting area was right across from the market and it was only $3 to take us back to the hotel. That was the best deal all day.
Honeymoon suite.
Rockers for relaxing in. Although they are not very comfy.
The room.
Internet Access point is right outside our window. Bonus!
The hotel
At around 5:30 the clouds started rolling in and the temp went down about 10 deg.
